Finally Getting Settled

November 18th, 2009 Bill No comments

I am finally getting situated in the new apartment and finally getting ready to begin my journey. Just to elaborate a little bit more about myself. I have studied physics independently alone in the early years of college. I hated it in high school it seemed more an exercise in boring mathematics (I know I have a masters in math and love mathematics, high school math was boring until calculus for me) The moment I read through the Lorentz Transformation and gained an understanding of special relativity in two dimensional space, I was astonished and wanted to learn the rest of physics. Particularly I tried to rush my way to understanding General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics. I rushed through the basics so fast that none of it stuck in my head. I understood it and could of solved problems with reference but did not have it ingrained anywhere. But now I decided to take a step all the way back to the beginning and with patience work my way forward. Of course mathematics wise a lot will seem trivial to me personally but hey it’s what has to be done.

I am not even sure if anybody out there that stumbles across this site will even find my ramblings interesting but hopefully my ramblings can help someone gain a different perspective on the topics of physics I will be covering, hopefully most if not all areas of physics on all levels.
